Woluwe-Saint-Pierre is not only an interesting spot for architects and urban developers but also, and chiefly, for modern critical housing consumers with wide-ranging interests. The architecture, by architect´s office ADE Marc Stryckman & Partners, shows that comfort and new housing concepts go hand in hand, without losing sight of history. Prominent buildings are increasingly being given a new purpose. This gives classic architecture a second chance, justice is done to the history of the city and space is created to experiment with new housing ideas. This brochure focuses on housing in a historic building. The nicest flats are currently being developed on the Avenue de la Faisanderie in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre. A special project in which the flats are completely finished in joint consultation with our interior designer.
