The building includes a fitness area for the tenants. In walking distance of our location is the Royal Orée T.H.B. This is one of the most exclusive tennis, hockey and bridge clubs in Belgium and is on the border of the Forêt de Soignes. It is a green oasis of tranquillity where members are able to de-stress while exercising their
favourite sports. A pleasant chalet, a nice
restaurant, an inviting bar, an extensive
terrace and of course, a well maintained sports infrastructure receive 1500 active
members from the most wide ranging sports. The Royal Orée T.H.B. is first and
foremost a homely club with an atmosphere
of camaraderie where people enjoy each other´s company.

The Woluwe shopping centre, dating back to 1968 and thoroughly renovated in 2005, was the first in Belgium and one of the

The centre which has very spacious parking facilities is easily accessible. Metro station Roodebeek (line 1B) takes you directly to the Woluwe Shopping Centre as well. Also Stokkel is a real treat with a nice selection of beautiful shops and a causy market.
